For an emissive shader, you have a variety of way to achieve it : a single material, defined as a "Light Function". Or you can use a regular PBR shader, and plug your light output in the "Emissive Color" slot, and see what you get.
You may need to tweak to intensity (result above 1 to generate lighting) with a constant and a "multiply" node.
Actually I'm wondering which one is the cheapest in term of rendering... >_>
